Trailhead Therapy
Healing that moves you forward.
Regulate • Reprocess • Restore • Reconnect
Trauma therapy, attachment-focused care, nervous system healing, and professional education for lasting change.
At Trailhead Therapy, I provide trauma-informed, attachment-based psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, relational patterns, unresolved trauma, and co-occurring concerns. I also offer continuing education and professional training designed to help clinicians, organizations, and helping professionals deepen their understanding of trauma, attachment, addiction, and nervous system regulation.
My work is grounded in interpersonal neurobiology, attachment science, nervous system regulation, and integrative clinical practice. Whether working with therapy clients or educating fellow professionals, my goal is the same: helping people better understand how the mind, body, and relationships shape healing and growth.
Therapy is not simply about "coping better." It is about understanding how your system adapted to survive stress—and creating a path toward healing that feels more connected, sustainable, and aligned with who you're becoming.
Sessions can incorporate movement, grounding, and nature-based elements, including optional outdoor walk-and-talk sessions when appropriate.
Educational offerings include Ohio board-approved continuing education presentations on trauma, attachment, addiction, interpersonal neurobiology, nervous system regulation, and evidence-informed clinical practice.
