Trailhead Therapy

Healing that moves you forward.

Regulate • Reprocess • Restore • Reconnect

Trauma-informed therapy, attachment-focused care, and nervous system healing for adults ready for real, lasting change — plus professional training for the clinicians who support them.

If you're tired of just "coping." You want to feel like yourself again — steady, connected, not constantly bracing for the next thing.

I'm Kathryn, and I work with adults carrying anxiety, burnout, relationship patterns that keep repeating, or trauma that's still running the show even when you don't want it to. My approach blends EMDR, attachment work, and nervous system-based therapy — but what that really means is this: we don't just talk about what's wrong, we help your whole system (mind and body) learn it's safe to settle.

Sessions can include movement, grounding, or time outdoors — walk-and-talk sessions are available when it fits. Healing doesn't have to happen only sitting on a couch.

If you're ready for something that feels more sustainable than white-knuckling through — I'd love to work with you.

For Clinicians: I also offer Ohio board-approved CE trainings on trauma, attachment, addiction, and nervous system regulation — for therapists and helping professionals who want to deepen their clinical toolkit.
